The Zip Line at Robson Square will remain in place during the Paralympics. As a result the 5 Robson/Downtown service will reroute as follows until March 21, 2010:

5 Downtown trips will be re-routed off of Robson Street, travelling from Robson at Thurlow, via Thurlow/ Smithe/ Burrard/ Pender/ Homer and Hastings.

5 Robson trips will be-routed to travel from Richards Street at Hastings Street via Richards/ Pender and Burrard before returning to regular routing along Robson Street.

Limited C21/C23 service to Main Street Station returns March 1st. Full C21/C23 service is expected to resume March 14th, once Expo and Pacific Blvd have reopened.

Due to the road closure on Granville between Smithe and Robson the following re-routes will apply:

50 Waterfront regular route to Granville and 5th then via Seymour off ramp/Seymour/Cordova then regular route.

50 False Creek South regular route to Howe and Nelson then via Howe/Granville Bridge then regular route. Effective: Wednesday, March 3 ? Sunday, March 21, 2010.

City of Vancouver will be hosting Paralympic Opening Ceremony. Effective Friday March 12 11:00am until midnight:

Both Cambie and Quebec will be closed. The following reroutes will apply:

C21 Beach: Regular route to Terminal and Main then via Main/Pender/Richards/Davie/Pacific then regular route

C23 Main: Regular route to Davie & Seymour then via Seymour/Pender/Main/National then regular route

Georgia St will be closed from Richards to Cambie eastbound. The following reroutes will apply:

240/241/246/247 Eastbound: Regular route to Georgia & Pender then via Pender/Richards/Georgia to temporary terminus far-side Richards regular route

Due to the Paralympics Torch Run on Robson between Bute and Granville the following reroutes will apply effective Thursday March 11 to Friday March 12.

5 Downtown/N6 Downtown: Regular route to Denman & Robson continue on Denman then via Georgia/Pender/Homer/Hastings/Richards then regular route

5 Robson: Regular route to Richards and Pender then via Pender ? Georgia/Denman then regular route

17 UBC/Oak: Regular route to Seymour & Davie then via Davie/Howe then regular route

4/7 Southbound: Regular route to Pender & Richards then via Richards/Pacific/Granville On Ramp then regular route

To accommodate the Paralympic Opening ceremonies at BC Place, the Cambie Street Bridge will be closed March 12. from noon to midnight. For transit access to and from downtown, Canada Line will provide a convenient connection with the 15 Cambie/Downtown line from the Broadway / City Hall Canada Line Station. 015 Downtown will be re-routed: regular route to Cambie & Broadway then Via L/ Broadway, R/ Willow, R/ 6th Av,R/ Cambie to temporary terminus far-side 7 Av.

Due to Paralympic road closures at UBC the following reroutes will apply until approx March 21:

25 UBC/33 UBC: Regular route to 16th Ave at Blanca St, then via: Blanca St/University Blvd/ Wesbrook Mall to terminus at UBC Loop.

25 Brentwood Stn/33 29th Ave Stn: From UBC Loop via Wesbrook Mall/University Blvd/Blanca St/16 Ave then regular route beyond.

41/43/49/480 UBC: Regular route to SW Marine Dr at 16th Ave, then via: SW Marine Dr/NW Marine Dr/Chancellor Blvd/Wesbrook Mall to terminus at UBC Loop.

41/43 Joyce Stn/49 Metrotown Stn/480 Brighouse Stn:: From UBC Loop via Wesbrook Mall/ Chancellor Blvd/ NW Marine Dr/ SW Marine Dr then continue on SW Marine Dr and regular route.

Due to construction on River Rd & Centre the following reroute will apply effective Monday March 8th to Thursday March 11.

314 Scott Rd Regular route to Dunlop Road and Terrace Drive then via Terrace Dr, River Rd then regular route.

314 Sunbury Regular route to Dunlop Rd and Terrace Drive then via Terrace Dr, then regular route.

314 Surrey Central From Scott Rd Station regular route to River Rd & Brooke Rd via Brooke then regular route.

Attention: Macdonald - Quesnel between Monday March 8th and Sunday April 11

Due to construction on MacDonald and Quesnel Dr the following reroutes will apply:

22 Knight Regular route to MacKenzie and 33 Av then via R/ 33 Av, L/ Puget Dr ? MacDonald then regular route.

22 MacDonald Regular route MacDonald and King Edward continue on MacDonald ? Puget Dr then via R/ 33 Av, L/ MacKenzie then regular route.

Due to construction between Homer & Hamilton the following reroutes are in effect Saturday March 6.

4 UBC/ 7 Dunbar/ 22 Macdonald/ 19 Stanley Park will go regular route to Pender/Cambie then via: Cambie/Dunsmuir/Seymour/Pender then regular route.

15 Cambie: will go regular route to Pender/Homer then via: Homer/Hastings/Cambie then regular route.

19 Metrotown will go regular route to Pender/Homer then via: Homer/Hastings/Cambie/Pender then regular route.

22 Knight. Due to construction between Homer & Hamilton the 22 Knight will do regular route to Pender & Homer then Homer/Hastings/Cambie/Pender then regular route.

Sun Run SeaBus Service Extension for May 9th 2010 SeaBus will be providing extra service for the Sun Run on May 9th. There will be a 15 minute service leaving Lonsdale at 7:02am to 2:32pm and 15 minute service leaving Waterfront at 7:16am to 2:46pm. After these times service will revert back to every 30 minutes in both directions.

Due to construction on Armstrong and Cumberland the following reroutes will apply effective Friday March 5 to Sunday April 11:

101 22 St Station: Regular route to Cariboo St/16 Av then via R/ 16 Av then regular route.

101 Lougheed Station: Regular route to 16th Av/Cumberland continue on 16th Av then via L/ Cariboo St then regular route.

Due to construction on 60th between 148 & 152 the following reroute will apply effective Thursday March 4th from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

341 Guilford: Regular route to 152nd & 60th then continue 152nd, R/ Hwy 10, R/ 148th, L/ 60th then regular route.

341 Langley: Regular route to 60th & 148th then via R/ 148th, L/ Hwy 10, L/ 152nd then regular route.

Due to the road closure on Granville St between Smithe to Robson the following reroutes will apply from March 3-21.

The zip line at Robson Square will remain in place throughout the Paralympics. As a result the following reroute will be in effect until approx March 21, 2010:

Attention: #160 Vancouver/Port Coquitlam Stn Customers

Effective Monday, March 1, 2010, the three PM peak east-bound trips that depart Port Moody Station at 16:43, 17:53 and 18:43 and arrive at Coquitlam Station at 17:06, 18:16 and 19:03, respectively will be rerouted. These trips, which currently operate from Port Moody Station via Guildford Way, will now operate via Port Moody Inlet Centre (Newport Village) and Ungless, rather than via Ioco Road/Guildford.

C74 Fraser Heights/Surrey Central Stn Customers Effective Monday, March 8, 2010, and until further notice the C74 will be detoured as follows:

Westbound: From 168th St, left on 108th Ave, right on 157A St, continue 110th Ave, left on 156th St right on 104th Ave and then via regular route.

Eastbound: Regular route to 104th Ave, left 156thSt, right 108th Ave, right 160th St, then 104th Ave to 168th St.:

Bus Stops will be installed on 156th Street near 157A Street and 104th Ave. This construction reroute is necessitated by the closure of 110th Ave access to the 152nd Street Overpass, and the construction of the new 160th St. Interchange.:

Rider Alert Reroute 321 326 395 502 Mon Jan 25-Sat Mar 6. From Surrey Central Stn via 102Ave/KingGeorge/to 100Ave then via regular route. Due to Olympic Celebrations in Holland Park.

Effective Monday January 25th: Thunderbird Boulevard Mall will be closed around the Thunderbird Arena (Olympic venue).

C20 Marine Drive / UBC Loop service will reroute from UBC Loop via University Boulevard and East Mall to Thunderbird Boulevard.

Effective Monday February 1st: Wesbrook Mall and closed around the Thunderbird Arena (Olympic venue).

C22 Hampton Place / UBC Loop service will be rerouted to Hampton Place via University Boulevard, East Mall and 16th Avenue. The C22 will route to Osoyoos Crescent via the local fire station roadway instead of Wesbrook Mall and Fairview Avenue.

Regular C20 and C22 routing is anticipated to return April 01, after the Thunderbird Boulevard reopens.

Due to scheduled maintenance the elevator from the Joyce Street entrance or Vanness Avenue entrance to the platform level will be out of service effective Thurday March 11th from 9:00am until 3:00pm.

Passengers wishing to board SkyTrain at Joyce station, please obtain assistance from a SkyTrain Attendant or pick up the red emergency phone.
Passengers traveling westbound are to continue to 29th Avenue station and pick up the red emergency phone located at platform level for assistance.

Due to scheduled maintenance the elevator from the Commercial ticket hall to the overhead walkway to platforms 3 & 4 will be out of service effective Tuesday March 16th from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Passengers requiring assistance are to pick up the red emergency phone located at street level or obtain assistance from a SkyTrain Attendant.

Due to scheduled maintenance the elevator from the concourse level to the platform level will be out of service effective Monday March 15th from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Passengers requiring assistance are to pick up the red emergency phone located at street level or obtain assistance from a SkyTrain Attendant.

Due to scheduled maintenance the elevator from Beatty Street entrance to the concourse and platform levels will be out of service effective Tuesday March 9th from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Passengers entering the station at Beatty Street should use the red emergency telephone just inside the station entrance, to obtain assistance.
Passengers destined for Stadium should alight at Granville Station, and speak to a SkyTrain Attendant, or use one of the red emergency telephones on the platform to obtain assistance.
Passengers who have arrived at Stadium may also speak to a SkyTrain Attendant or use an emergency telephone.

Due to scheduled maintenance the elevator from Terminal Avenue entrance to the concourse and platform levels will be out of service effective Wednesday March 10th from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Passengers requiring assistance are to pick up the red emergency phone located at platform level or obtain assistance from a SkyTrain attendant.

Due to scheduled maintenance the elevator from street level to the platform level will be out of service effective Monday March 8th from 9:00am until 3:00pm.

Passengers wishing to board SkyTrain at Metrotown station, please obtain assistance from a SkyTrain attendant. Passengers traveling westbound are to continue to Patterson Station and pick up the red emergency phone for assistance.

The Scott Road Station elevator is not accessible between the station and the bus loop. Passengers with disabilities who cannot use the escalator/stairs may travel between the bus loop and the elevator, taking the following action. When arriving at the station, accessible customers wishing to transfer to the SkyTrain or to the bus loop are required to call HandyDART, 604-575-6600, Mon-Fri (7:00am-11:00pm) Sat/Sun (9:00am-9:00pm). It is recommended that accessible customers book transport from the bus loop to the elevator at the station or from elevator to the bus loop in advance using the phone number above. (Customer is responsible for cost if they pre book.) Customers are asked to wait for the HandyDart vehicle in the area located at the bus loop and the Park & Ride lot on the north side of the station. The service is free for all accessible patrons, not just for those registered with HandyDart.
